TAY Recruitment, established in 2007 as a specialist recruitment agency for the construction industry. We have traditionally recruited in the South, South West and South East of England as well as the South Wales area. Although our presence in these areas is strong, we also have the ability to recruit all over the UK. We will not commit ourselves to a requirement where we cannot be sure of a reliable service.

TAY Recruitment fully reference check all operatives and make sure they have the appropriate qualifications for the job. In most cases the operatives we supply are known to us, and we believe that this knowledge of our operatives work history greatly assists us in making sure we match the right person to the right job.
